I don't see a huge benefit from having veers id you're not taking his command cards over the generic officer. Boba should probably have Hunter. It was designed for him. Duck and cover also benefits Boba. I like Veers but i don't like putting points into him. He should keep his head down and behind cover and give out aim tokens if possible.
