I made a list similar to yours, the Juke+Torrent combo at least, and it went well for me. I believe you are correct that this list is potent. And had the capability to deal out a lot of damage.

I'd be happy if they were 27 each so I get Anakin instead of having to drop down to 2 Jukes to do so.

Anakin may still be the correct call instead of Obi but I like the synergy of the torrents all having the same upgrades.

This isn’t high on the initiative scale, but I’ve been wondering about blue jukers for a while and the list with obi wan a few posts up got me thinking again. Maybe not as potent as that list, but I think it could be daunting to take on token-stacked, juking torrents:

So, if I haven’t missed anything in ability trigger points:

On the approach to engagement, Ahsoka hangs back, hopefully out of range of the frontmost opponent’s ship. She moves first if br-> evades are necessary.

First, she triggers her ability to give Axe a focus.

Then she Coordinates in her Action step, a focus to the two blues. Then they move and evade. Axe moves and evades. Other than Ahsoka, there’s no real good priority target there. Yeah, maybe Axe, because he’s named, but he’s just as buffed as the others, and maybe they could be just a bit forward of him. The squad sort of in a flat “Y” shape.

(That all works, right?)

Maybe shield upgrades could be traded for something more useful. The first engagement would HAVE to count and Ahsoka needs to not get shot because she’s just rolling greens once, with no Force, lol.

I fear ahsoka Just gets focussed and killed quickly, maybe by Wedge. Then the torrents fall apart quickly.

A couple weeks ago I played my first game after coming back to X-Wing from a break. I flew Anakin and Ahsoka, both with R2 and 7B, and 2 gold squadrons. The Torrents were actually surprisingly helpful. Got some great shots in and made it out completely unscathed.

Granted, it was my opponents first game back as well, and he threw a list together that wasn’t exactly optimal. Hate Kylo, Some generic SF, Static and Midnight. He flew in to joust in a loose formation, and my torrents blocked him to give the Jedi time to flank. The torrents even burned down Midnight.

My dice were hot, and my opponent’s were decidedly cold, so I need more games in to really understand them, but so far I am loving the plucky little clones.
