I'm unsure of any grandmaster of the elements. Elemental masters are still a thing but I don't recall a grandmaster being around.

If you mean someone like Naka Kuro or Naka Tokei from the old AEG lore, then no, we haven't seen or heard of anyone like that in the FFG lore, nor have we ever heard any mention of such a person even existing. Doesn't mean they don't, but we currently don't know if they do, either.
