Do you think FFG will continue to produce ships and squads for the original two factions *after* Clone Wars launches?

Yes. There is still a lot they can do, while also spacing them out so that its not all of them in like, 3 waves. Also, they could do more doubles packs or squadron+ship packs then.

For Legion, they said their design efforts were going to be spread 80/20 new faction to existing faction.

I don’t see that being different overall

Man I really want that tank and landspeeder. But I dont want to spend $90
