So with the arrival of the TX-225 I have built the Popemobile, I wanted to get the Emperor up in the enemies face and do some serious force lightning damage.

Plan is turn one he gets an order so does the TX and entourage and one other. He activates first makes pulling strings on the Royal guard then jumps into the TX. proceeding from there as the battle dictates.

I know not super competitive but watching the Emperor roll up and Force Lightning a ton of people will be awesome

If you have some points left at least get anger on palp. That's a must have.

Not only that. He also gains an aim token for every aditional attack from his "and now you will die" command card. That helps you to get additional hits since he rolls 2 black and 2 white dice every attack that aren't reliable.

Just so long as you're aware, the Emperor won't (unfortunately) be able to zap anyone whilst onboard the Occupier

Seconding this, totally worth the 5 points

I would also assume that the Emperor doesn't like to get shot at while he is in the tank.
He does not benefit from Immune: Pierce, his surge to block, Guardian and it is much harder to get cover for the tank.

It is fast, but it can also cost him a precious wounds to sit inside his papamobil.

It was a interesting game, he lost a wound in the Popemobile but he Force Lightninged Vader to death so that was fun! But over the list failed and with both Palpatine and the TX-225 in the list it became far to cumbersome but it was fun to give it a go.
