Two ideas for ARC based lists have lead me to believe simple is best, and I wanted to gather ideas on whether this has legs. Biggest concern is that is it durable enough. When compared to b wings, you have one extra hp plus the rear arc. Down side is the medium base therefore enemy can easily get bullseye. Can these brawl or joust in real life? I've done some maths and it seems positive but that's always different to playing in a match.

Diggin them quads. Just feels a lot more functional

So after playing I realised I very rarely wanted to recharge the Gunner therefore I change one of the 104th for sinker and shield upgrades its basically like getting the 4 dice shot but every turn instead of once. Luminara triggered very rarely due to the medium base being easy to bullseye.

Here's my Lumi and the ARCs list. It has been doing really well. Lumi helps the ARCs survive their single evade die while Sinker keeps the focused Lumi and 104's with a reroll. That side ARC on a medium base is pretty wide. Currently 6-2 with it but I feel like I'm just now starting to really get it down.

I like the addition of the 7b to get some durability and heft out of Lumi too.

Just to share my Quad-ARC variant:

  • Sinker - 54
  • Jag - 49
  • Squad Seven Veteran - 47
  • Squad Seven Veteran (Clone Commander Cody) 50

Squad Seven Veterans aren't the most cost-effective, but they make everything init 3, to make it easier to attain or avoid self-bumps as the situation arises. I'll make no claim to it being the superior Quad-ARC list, just that it's the one which feels right to me in how I fly.
