I have had some success with this build but I would like some possible ways to improve it so that it can be more reliable

You could ditch Dutch's hull upgrade and get another VTG. Could also replace all the Expert handling and Lando with Leia and use the points on more torps.

sounds interesting the only reason I would not replace lando is that he does synergize well with Norra's power but I also see where Leia is also amazing

I agree. I always prefer more guns over better guns.

Ditch ion, expert handling, and adv.protorps for normal protons on the Ys, and switch the astromechs for R4s on both, and use the points to put dorsal on evann.
