7th fleet gunner is pretty good where it is: it's basically a mini-swarm leader charge for your jedi to boost their lock + force modded attacks. As for 7th squad pilot, like all the elite and named arcs and v19's, is way overcosted. Drop them by a few points, and it may be tempting to run intimidation and 7th fleet gunner on an elite. As it stands, meh.
