I also want to see door gunners on U-Wings! Maybe a 1- or 2-crew slot upgrade that gives you a turret and gunner slot. Not sure whether turret should be locked to side arcs or not. I absolutely love the U-Wing quick build card that uses Bistan, and would love to see something like that in a "real" game.
Card Packs: Who do you want to see?

I think this would be an excellent, inexpensive double crew slot upgrade. That way you can be combat mode or support crew mode but not both. Maybe a couple points to add the turret slot, with a caveat it can only be rotated in the side arcs.

Most of the cost of creating this game is designers, not cardboard and plastic. FFG has to pay their developers the same amount to create new cards even if there isn't a ship to go along with them.
I know that this is a bit off topic, but I am just already envisioning the price complaints to come.
I'd gladly pay it to see the game have truly equal access regarding upgrades for all factions at once, instead of a wave or two later.
Also, how Obi-Wan got into this game so late and not as rebel crew is stunning to me. I have the perfect idea for him as a crew ability; +1 Force, 3 charges. Action; Spend 1 Charge; Gain a Disarm token and 2 Focus Tokens. Until the end of the round roll one additional agility dice when defending.
There are alternatives to fighting.

Anyone think we'll get a special announcement with more details on these at all? Maybe a timeline?
If they come out and if they are faction specific I would expect or hope for the following:
- 1 or more new pilots for some of the ships with minimal options. Mostly an issue for Rebel, Empire, and Scum.
- Copies of neutral upgrade cards that have seen limited to no inclusion in that faction's expansions. Maaaaaaybe a new faction specific mod, crew, munition, or cannon card.
- Additional copies of that faction's talent card.
- New shapes or sizes for existing obstacles.
The LCG packs of ~60 cards come in at about $15. That's a lot of options for $15 and if this was all just NEW stuff, that would really be something. I think it should make an adjustment to include faction-agnostic upgrades that aren't available in-faction yet and aren't expected to be for some time. Also, we'd have to consider if they're including cardboard in these. If they are including pilots and not just upgrades, that means the price is either higher or the number of contents will be lower.
And yeah, I have to agree with some other's sentiment here that I want anything they can possibly fit in these packs to be included. There's certainly some particular characters I'd love to see, like finally getting Mara Jade in a z95, as well as getting pilots we lost in the 2e switch again.
Juno eclipse would be great.
Dr aphra would be greater!
But I woud die to get back my beloved Carnor Jax!!!

I would like to see an upgrade for Vulture droids similar to dead man's switch or a config to turn it into a flying explosive device w/ no red dice that detonates in the end phase.
For Scum black market munitions. Cheaper ordinance upgrades but less reliable. Either fewer red dice than their regular counterpart or give extra agility to the defending ship. Maybe only usable at range 1-2 and no range bonus.

You mean like the autopilot drone of the escape craft? I totaly agree! It could be so fun

Very similar but w/ a slight tweak to detonation. When deployed you have the option for 1-6(?) fuse token(s). Then follow the new rules for fuse tokens. If it gets shot down before detonation nothing happens like the autodrone pilot.
Everything!
I mean: Rebel Nym, Imperial Bobba (contracted? Id run a few games of an alternate format where no matter wich faction but scums, can be contracted with a points limit: contracted scum for any faction up to 77 points...suggested format: Instant buy to new pilot card packs), Leias N/1... And so on (a,b and e -wing missing pilots from comics and novels).
Whatever... Exicted!
Hope gets anounced tomorrow... Tho!
I just want more named pilots legal in Hyperspace for the ships that just got 2 in the conversion kits. Bring them up to 4 and I’ll be happy

Similarly I'd like non-limited generics for ships that only got limited pilots.

I want to see "captain koiogran - flight instructor" with some ability like "Ships in 1-3 that fly straight make a red k-turn instead"
I mostly play Rebel Scum and Actual Scum, so focusing on those I'd like to see:
- Obi-Wan Rebel crew.
- K-2SO Rebel crew and U-Wing pilot.
- Jaden Korr and a Jedi version of Kyle (although they might want to save that for a Raven's Claw expansion, if they plan to do one)
- More Azzameens for both Scum and Rebels. Maybe Selu or Sabra titles for the YT-1300 and Olin Garn crew as well.
- More pilots for ships which currently have a limited selection, e.g. the Kimogila and G-1A.
- More Illicit upgrades, especially stuff that could work with Jabba. He's one of the most recognisable Scum characters, but it's hard to fit him in right now - he works with a very limited selection of ships and upgrades, and right now most of that selection is not competitively priced.
- Some decent cheap mods, so I can actually use those extra slots on the Kihraxz and HWK.
- Access to cross-faction stuff which is currently not available to all factions.

Then again... *chuckles in Palpatine*
As posted in other threads, I want to see a config or something to make the B-Wing more thematically cannon-based. For pilots, I'd like to see:
Rebel
Hera Syndulla (Phoenix Leader, I5-6, A-Wing, B-Wing)
Gina Moonsong (I4-5, B-Wing)
Aidon Fox (I2-3, B-Wing)
Antoc Merrick (I3-4, X-Wing)
Derek "Hobbie" Klivian (I3-4, X-Wing)
Wes Janson (I4-5, X-Wing)
Laren Joma (I4-5, U-Wing)
K-2S0 (I2-3, U-Wing)
Mart Mattin (I3-4, YT-2400)
Maybe more for the E/K/A-Wings, Auzituck, Z-95 (only 2 each
)
Imperial
Vult Skerris (I5, TIE/in, TIE/D)
Ciena Ree (I5, TIE/in)
Fifth Brother (I3-4, TIE/v1)
Valen Rudor (I4, TIE/v1)
More pilots for TIE Aggressor, Punisher, Phantom, Gunboat, and VT-49 Decimator (that's a lot with only 2 each, imps are sad
)
For upgrades, I'd like to see some new toys for the B-Wing, the TIE Aggressor, and the Jumpmaster. The B-Wing doesn't feel thematic and the other two don't have any kind of niche that isn't served better by another ship, and pricing won't really fix any of their issues. The U-Wing is awesome, but a way to carry Bistan would make it cooler.
I'd also like to see some new crew and Astros, especially some more interesting non-unique crew options for Galactic Empire (like ISB slicer).
Still missing crew for:
Dodonna/Ackbar/Mon Mothma/Other rebel high command
Bodhi Rook
K-2SO
Pao
Chirrut Imwe
Taslet Colb
Thrawn
Pryce
Konstantine
Admiral Titus
And both factions seriously need some useable non-turret gunners.
I'd also like to see card packs with the cannons/mods/sensors we've missed in the last few waves, and maybe errataed copies of cards (Inertial Dampeners, Manaroo, Punishing One, etc.)
Great list.... but are you mad man?
You missed the absolute #1 missing pilot; wheres Conor Jax?
Bring back caror Jax! And Mareek in the Tie Defender! That would be a good boster pack!

Well, in all honesty I don’t know if we’ll be getting him under the same name. They seem to be really avoiding Legends stuff unless there are no other known pilots for the chassis, and in this case we have Skerris and Ree.
Though of course I wouldn’t mind if we got him! More options are always better

Well, I don’t know all that super geek stuff as I’m not worthy, but his ability at an I5 sure would help with Phantoms and Republic Jedi, don't ya think?
Considering that my first interaction with any Star Wars media were the X-wing novels, most pilots from there. Kettch in an Interceptor will never happen, but that won't stop me from dreaming about it. Finally a pilot to match the Baron's skill.
More mainstream is my desire to have all the jedi pilots. It starts with the more known still canon ones like Kit Fisto and Depa Billaba, but extends to the more uncommon ones like Tallisibeth Enwandung-Esterhazy, although I don't think the latter ever piloted a starfighter.

That’s all Greek to me... interesting none-the-less. 🙂

Kit Fisto was the squid headed guy, who helped Mace Windu pöace Palpatine under arrest. The one that did not die in the first five seconds.
Depa Billaba was Mace's Padawan and Kanan's (the guy in Rebels) master.
T E-E is super obscure. She was a padawan that went onto a mission with Yoda to talk with Dooku about stopping the war and making peace.
Kettch is an alias under which Wedge Antilles pretended to be a pirate and got employed by an Imperial warlord. Additionally, he is an Ewok.
I think we will see squadron packs for rebel, empire and scum. These packs will include conversion kit pilots and cards but also have new pilots and new cards as well as cards that have since been released in other factions.
the card packs will be released alongside side and will just have the new content and content released in other factions. This will mean there will be pilot base inserts along with cards which will up the cost a little, but nothing in the card pack will be specifically designed or made for the card pack only release. I would hope they could sell them for less that a small ship expansion.
Cienna Ree as a Tie Interceptor pilot and K-2SO as U-wing pilot.
