so yeah, I made this because I haven't played in a long while and I was wondering if this works. suggestions will helpful... my main focus is the momentum-hand control with instant blocking, damage reduction and reversals.

Are you running this on air? If so Inhuman Perception would help out a bit and obviously Chester's Backing as well.

Well then you could probably use Pieces of Eight and The Red Lotus of the Sun for some defense.

I play Fio. Infact, I plan to play her in the air tournament. Fio is based on momentum and her ability. You need more momentum gain .. natural leader, whereabouts, la superba, military combat arts. Kill combo - tsunami sabre, soul power, or fio ability, tsunami sabre, ikari warrior (foundation, new snk set). Added bonus, meat eater (foundation, new snk set).

Yeah you need a lot more momentum gen to take advantage of her amazing character ability.

If you're planning on running this as a dual Chaos/Air deck than I'd look at cards like La Superba, Military Combat Arts, and Lord of the Makai as they all posses Chaos and Air.

Straight Chaos cards include Professional Soldier (it's a FREE enhance) and N Type Human (I add one, you add two).

Some good attacks including Tiger Fury, Galatica Phantom (that is like, THE card for Fio), and 125 Rapids of Rage to dump all that momentum you just gained.

The powerful on Galactia Phantom is Ralf only, unless you only meant the 2 +4's then yea Fio still gets to use those

If you want to abuse powerful Fire Kick is pretty sweet
