Will you be updating tta with the new point values? I need to know, because battlescribe has informed me they wont be updating for a while. I have a tournament i am running on September 28 that my players are practicing for. I need a up to date army builder to validate lists.

He mentioned in the errata thread that the changes either have already been implemented, or will be soon.

Yay. I have always used battlescribe, but I guess from now on I will be using table top admiral.

It's all updated. Welcome to the rebellion.

Are you planning to implement the Imperial Discipline 500 point format as an option for listbuilding?

I could, yeah. I'm trying not to just jump on every army size anybody asks for, since nothing is stopping you now from making a list in that way, but if this one is pretty popular, I can do it. I don't have much of a gauge for how popular these things are.

Thoughts about doing an interface that displays all options of a certain upgrade when you click it?

Like if you click on the command upgrade it shows you all command upgrades.

I'm not sure what you mean. Like a database where you can look at all command cards? The database page kind of has that. But I could be misinterpreting you. Let me know.

I sent that message from my phone. Let me explain better.

Example: http://tabletopadmiral.com/legion/republic/p25uEMuEMuEMuEMc08

For instance, when I click a squad/unit, the upgrade options are laid out, but I don't see what they do (unless I click on them). Instead, when I click on Heavy weapon, it has the purchase options, but then it displays all images relating to heavy weapons for that squad. This allows us to easily compare different weapons without having to constantly click between options. Ideally, it would be like this for all upgrade options.

Oh gotcha, so instead of the text buttons for each upgrade, have the images themselves?

I'm not sure about that. I'm trying to keep it relatively mobile friendly and having a page of upgrades, especially as more and more get added, doesn't thrill me. But if others are into the idea, I'll consider it.

Updated the Text View to be a little better, and added a "slim" text view for a more condensed version. Let me know if you like.

I noticed it now groups like units together. This is useful in some ways, but not so good when you want to equip them differently. Could you maybe add an option to group them or not?

First: thank you for your great job.

There is still the problem with print view.

Sometimes it shows all units in a single column

Sometimes it shows them in two columns

And sometimes adding a single upgrade makes the difference.

Or also just adding unit A and unit B gives different print views than if you add unit B then unit A.

It's fine......

As soon as you add an upgrade it splits that unit from the group, and regroups them if the equipment lines up.

Besides having to pay more attention at a glance for group headlines, it's no easier or harder to use than before

Ah my bad, I didn't notice as it put the new unit several spaces down so I didn't see it. In that case its fine.

On a related note, how about listing like units next to each other, e.g. if I split a unit of vets, they are next to each other in the list.

Hm, I'll look into it. It's supposed to put half your units on each side, but I must have messed something up somewhere along the line.

Yeah, that'd be ideal. I tried to do it recently and it screwed up the duplicating of units because of the way that it determines which unit you're duplicating, but nothing I can't overcome if I give it a little more time.

Would you be able to give me an example of a list that's messing up on the print view? I opened the 10 most recent lists made and they all split pretty evenly. It was sometimes 6 and 4, but that's the worst I saw. And of course if your units on the right have no upgrades, it looks a little off, but yeah. I just need to find an instance where it's acting funky to help diagnose. Thanks

Id also love a 500pt format, its our go to for a quick game when we just dont have time(quite often).

Good work on keeping TTA going. Donated back when Legion first started and after a bit of an enforced break im back on the scene and its great to see your builder still well made and updated.

I'll get working on the 500 pt format soon. Seems a few people want it, so might as well. Glad you like the site.

love all of the recent changes. just signed up for the patreon!

Thanks for always being so quick on the updates! It goes a long way when I know I can trust the page info on release day!

Glad to hear it, that's the goal!

Legion Terrain was kind enough to give some support for a little ad space. Please let me know if it hinders anyone's experience. I think I was pretty careful about it but all phones and screens are different, so please let me know!

I added templates. Basically at any point in your list building, you can save your current list as a "template" that will show up along with your units in future list building. For example, you can save a Z6 squad and call it "Z6 squad", or save 3 Z6 squads and call it "3x Z6 Boiz" and then just add 3 of them with one click in the future.

Requests are welcome! And let me know what I broke as always.

Duplicating a unit with upgrades does not also duplicate the upgrades on the unit. It just adds a naked unit of the same type. Is that intended?

It's not. It's not doing that for me. Could you tell me which units you encountered that problem with? I can't recreate it on my end.

Phase 1 Clone troopers with DC-15's and extra trooper (or any other upgrades). Same goes for Phase 2 Clone Troopers and BARC speeders with any upgrades.

(Tried it with empire and rebels, still have the same issue.)
