Before I field this idea I want to get the rest of your opinions.
Kad Solus’ ability states, “After you fully execute a red maneuver gain 2 focus tokens”.... so does this stack with Daredevil that allows you to do 90 degree red boosts?
my gut tells me yes.
Sorry, unlike 1.0, daredevil’s hard 1 in 2.0 is specifically a boost and not a maneuver.

It's not in the rules. It's in the 2.0 wording of Daredevil.
" While you perform a white

Kad with Elusive is lowkey one of my favorite ships. Just fits together so well: red move into two focus tokens and a reroll, and the reroll works best if you've also got a focus token to spend.

I've been running Kad+Elusive as escort to my Bossk/Moralo dual-YV list; he's great but I keep trying to use him too early.

He's typically been my 3rd in a Fang Aces list, with Fearless Old Terroch and Outmaneuver Fenn Rau. My issue is that I frequently want to Boost > Focus or Barrel Roll > Focus on him, but then I'll be stressed and can't use a red move.
