ADDENDUM: As far as I can find in my archives, neither of those two mentioned endings were part of 2E or 3E. I couldn't find any in 3E, and only 6 were ever released for 2E. Of those, I've put out alternatives for 5 of them so far, along with 1 or more counterparts.

I have yet to do something with the Pandors's Box (though that one has nothing to do with the myth it is labeled for). I do believe someone else around here already did a different take on it, so maybe it can be found by someone and I can mock up a mini for it.

I'm not sure most groups would be thrilled with an AltEnd for starting over at Starting values in a race to defeat the LoD after a long game of someone working their way to the crown. I know my group and my two other test groups wouldn't touch it. As to the winner take all, I'm not completely sure how the differs but it sounds something like one of Kulkmann's old endings... but not exactly. I have thought about recreating some of those in 4ER format, but I'm reluctant to co-op someone else's work especially in needing to modify it for 4ER.

And the Neutral counterpart to the Celestial and the Infernal. Right-click and save the image; right-click and save HERE for the AltEnd card. And perhaps that's enough the "boss" enemy style endings, even combined with getting one's hands on an uber Magic Object.

Over the next few days, I will likely look at something for Pandora's Box (err, actually it was a "jar" or urn). Not sure there's any counterpoint to it, but maybe something will pop up in the process. Now back to my grind.

Ah, I see now! You are referring to Azoic's AltEnds for 4ER. I don't have the original artwork used on them, but I'll see what I can patch in from his cards and do some touch up to hide AltEnd template elements from showing through. To the left is the card you speak of, but... HERE is a ZIP archive of minis for all of Azoic's AltEnds. RIght-click and save to download. Let me know if I goofed on any of the layouts, as I did these in a hurry before my days labors.

No problem. It only took about 15 minutes with my morning tea, and perhaps others might find the other minis of use.

Here is my variation on the old Pandora's Box. As always, right-click and save the Mini and the same HERE for the AltEnd card. Both are at 300ppi for print.

At this time, I do not see a counterpart potential in this AltEnd. It is fairly balanced unto itself between characters of varied alignments and/or Strength or Craft orientation.

My schedule is still to full to turn back to other expansion projects on hold. In spare moments as a break, I may turn my attention to some 4ER variations of a few old and fallow AltEnds made by others in the past for 2E. Or rather the ones that appeal to me, my group, or my long standing test groups.

This AltEnd is an adaptation and update of Sam Wallace's "Crown Prince" for Talisman 2E. It takes a bit to setup when it is drawn, but as a random AltEnd mixed with others, its not that much fuss that often. As always, right-click / save the mini to the left and the same HERE to see / get the AltEnd card that goes with it.

The Usurper seems to be a very nice idea. Have you tested it already in game?

Yes, we did get to it once. It takes about 5 minutes or less to set up, and the rotation of someone to play the Usurper against others takes a little extra time. Some players (like ours) like to play it. Overall, it was fun, but I can see where some groups who just want a fast ending with a set "boss" to kill might not like it.

My group and two test groups I use liked the Throne best, but it is a slower ending, so again those wanting something quick might not like it.

JC, I printed 5 AltEnd cards (the Frostmarch ones + Danse Macabre + Crown of Command) using your templates (or your finished cards as published on BGG):

Hey, looks as good as mine. I use the Gold Talisman sized sleeves from Maydaygames.com... they're a tight fit (they have some that just slightly large), but I like the tight fit.

Looks like link to ZIP archive of minis for all of Azoic's AltEnds doesn't work anymore. Can you please check it JC? Haven't gone through all your Alt Ends, but I'm sure I'll love them. If I get any useful feedback while playing I'll most surely pass it.
