What's the damage from stepping in a fire or being the target of the pyro spell card?

Page 21 - 22 of the Tome of Adventure, under Random Environmental Damage & Effects. Basically, for fire you'll be rolling 3 challenge dice (plus optional fortune or expertise die), then interpret the results as follows: on a Bane add 1 fatigue, on a Challenge add 1 wound and on a Chaos Star add 1 critical wound.
