Two weapon combat passive abilities

By Toedogg, in Star Wars: Force and Destiny RPG

I understand how to do the dice pool for two weapon combat, but I can't find anything that mentions the passive benefits when using two weapon combat. When using two weapons that are the same type, do you get the passive benefits of both weapons, and do they stack.

Example 1: Using 2 shoto lightsabers that give you Accuracy 1. Do both benefits stack?

Example 2: Using 1 shoto in main hand and 1 ancient sword in off-hand. Do you get the Accuracy 1 and Defensive 1 or only the Accuracy 1 from the main hand?

My understanding is that they only stack when not applicable to the main weapon. Remember you have to designate the main and secondary when using two weapons so you know what bonuses to apply.

No they don't stack because of how the attack system works and how, mechanically speaking, you're essentially making the attack with one weapon, and following through with another, and not making two separate attacks.

This would work since Defensive 1 is a passive ability that doesn't affect attacks and is always active when the weapon is equipped and the character able to use it. It essentially wouldn't be much different than using a sword in one hand and a shield in the other. The shield always works, but you can opt to two-weapon and use your sword and bash with the shield if you want to.
