So looking at the FAQ I'm just not clear on heroes. If I have a hero in my battlefield does that mean my opponent can't have a hero in their battlefield, or is the rule each player can have only one hero per zone?

Each player may have one hero in play per zone. (Maxium total number of heroes in play would be six)

an extension of this question is whether each player can be using the same hero at the same time . I take it the answer is also: legal, but quirky to consider.
