The paintjobs would have to be redone like the Chimera was, but we already have a fair amount of Republic ships. I personally would like a fleet roster like this video, VSDs in Republic colors would be nice.
How will Armada handle the Clone Wars?
What about a Victory that is not only republic colours, but also a resculpt so it has the wings?

What are you talking about? It already has the "wings". Also AFAIK those "wings" are just flaps that hide/protect a whole wack ton of ordnance launchers.
Or are you asking for a resculpt with opened flaps?

What they could honestly do for turnaments is separating GCW from Clone Wars in "matchmaking" only allowing lists to be paired with those of their own era until the new factions have caught up. I doubt it though, due to X-Wing not having done it. It would take care of uneven balancing coming from limited options though.

X-wing is kind of doing this in the Hyperspace Format, where Imps/Rebs/Scum have SOME additional options, but where Resistance/FO and Republic/Separatists have almost as many options (and in the latter case are getting over more soonish).
But yeah, I really wonder how this will work out in Armada. On the other hand, Imps are just running that same 3-4 ships anyway, so it's not a huge variety

Yeah, I mean the open flaps/wings.
The sculpt we have is a VSD2, the VSD 1 had the opening wings and different engine layout
