Why not include more old missions in the new mission deck?

We play with the new mission deck but with both sides we miss a few important ones. I dont understand why we shouldn't include a few of the basic ones like dress delays or daring rescue?

actually; why not just play them all? only balancing issue I can see is that you'll have a bigger deck and therefor a longer game witch might not fit the format. but then one could start with the "popularity" marker at 15 maybe.

any one has anything to say about this?

The guy I play this with the most and I asked ourselves the same thing, and the short answer is it makes the game more random, and can gum up your hand with a few bad draws.

What we did instead was count up how many cards are supposed to be in there and “draft” our deck before each game from both sets. This also allowed us to tweak and tune for our play style that game. Way more fun, and if you can figure out what “meta” they’re playing you can throw more informed wrenches at ‘em - it adds another layer of strategy. Hope that answered your question :D
