So Genesys seems far easier to deal with than the Star Wars rules. Has anyone seen the talent trees and such broken down to be used in a normal Genesys game?
Thanks.

Genesys doesn't use structured talents trees like in Star Wars. However a few intrepid souls have converted most of the talents into Genesys terms. You can find them here:
Additionally a large amount of additional information can be found here:
You might also find this useful:
I would be reluctant to transpose many of the SW talents without testing them a lot. They work in SW due to the way trees and careers are based. In GeneSys they work differently (obviously). So it’s buyer beware.

I’ll second this to make sure it’s really seen as important. Some talents in Star Wars exist only once, and only deep into a talent tree with a lot of do required to pair it with other unique talents found in other trees. If everything is available to everyone then you end up having talents that should never be together ending up breaking the game.
My suggestion is not to take star wars to genesys, but genesys to star wars. Keep all the character progression the same, but use the other rule changes like social encounters and the updated vehicle rules.
