If you cut Ion Torps, R2, SU off wedge
R2, Prot Torps, and SU off Nora (switch that gunner to VTG)
and cut R2 off Garven

... Thats 38 points. You can fit another Y wing or an A wing with named pilot in there

Generally more ships=more guns is a good choice, but maybe 4+ ships is not his style. I dunno.

I fly Wedge an Norra with Shiled upgrade normally too; they help with half-points and make them surprisingly tanky.

Here's how I'd improve your list: Norra needs to be up front and in your opponent's face to get that added green evade, so torps don't seem like the best choice to me because they're useless at Range 1. Give Wedge the Proton torpedos and Norra some Proton Bombs; they're more handy than you'd expect. Since she's up close, Predator is more likely to go off as well.

You want Wedge firing those torps at R3, so Predator isn't likely to be too useful so I dropped it. Wedge's natural ability is great to begin with.

Garven I could live without. In my experience, half of the time I'm not able to spend a focus in order to pass it off.

I like Kulbee Sperado if you have it. Kullbee is still I4 and punchier with the option to Focus-->Boost-->Open S-Foils.

Marksmanship Thane is a good option as well, plus he's I5 alongside Norra, so it's really a play-style choice I'd say.
