Tzumainn...

...disappeared :-(

Host seems expired... even if was not updated from much time, hope it will get up again... I wrote several times to Tzu trying to help him sending card images, asking If I could send him all cards in a format easily importable in his system but never received a reply... maybe the site mail was not the best system to contact him... hope in a resurrection :-)

Something weird is going on. When I tried using it earlier today, I was ending up at one of those "placeholder" pages with links to random other stuff. The URL was appearing without "www.". Then I put in the www., started at Mainn's main page and selected the AGoT page from there, and it was fine. Now, if you have the "www." in the URL, it takes you to the placeholder site, but remove the www. and it's fine. These here Intertubes confuse me sometimes.

Forget what I said. With or without "www." doesn't seem to be working now. So, um, who among our web-tech savvy members would like to step up and construct a deck builder site? preocupado.gif

It works (at least for me).

BTW Isn't OCTGN the good solution for deck builder?

We need at least 1 site to post the tournament lists or some international info about what is going on in other countries.

OCTGN works great for my home computer, but I personally need something I can access from my work computer.

You also can;t update decks fast enough for me in OCTGN because of publishing rules.

Yeah, it would be really great if someone was actually able to get ahold of Tzumainn and he let them get a hold of the database and code for his stuff. It doesn't cost that much for server space and a domain name these days. We could relatively easily fund that and get something going since I doubt he want's to give someone else full access to run his current site. Still, I love his setup, and would most like to have that same thing put somewhere it could be updated. I know Jeppedo expressed some interest to me over Christmas break, if we were actually able to contact Tzu.

I have a look about Tzumainn with whois.net, I hope It's just a little problem with domain name.....I Hope.

I can't equal the master of Agot card Website, but you can find all LCG card on my modest website : http:/bounafouni.free.fr/TDFLCG.

...Waiting the return of tzumainn.......

Whether it be run by Tzumainn or he gives the site to a "third party" for hosting and updating, I will donate my time (what little extra I have) and money (again...) to keep it active. I miss it so much already...

I agree, I'm willing to chip in any way that I'm able.

Thirded. I've fallen behind on CP's as well as time and opponents for AGoT, but it would be oh-so-much easier to get caught up if Tzumainn's site returned to activity as well!

Hey since Tzu site is down does anyone have a complete card list from CCG (at least 5KE, ITE, AHoTa and AHoTh)? I could really use them in any form. Thx.

I already miss all the comment discussions on the cards.

So does anyone out on the East Coast have a phone number to contact Tzu?

It would be good if FFG make official card database. Something like Gatherer in Magic. happy.gif

This thread forces me to say that my completely unofficial and unauthorized project called Dabbler at http://agot.gotdns.com is an AGOT LLC database inspired by WotC's Gatherer. Also, I should add that I have been working on a deck builder on the same site that can 1 export decks to octgn file format (you have to stick it in a directory), 2 publish decks via url and 3 save your decks and personal card inventory (so that you can log in and see if you have all the cards in the deck you are look at) . My deck builder isn't done and isn't available, so this post is moot.

agot.gotdns.com isn't meant to be a replacement for Tzumainn's site. I hope his site will come back up. Dabbler was meant as a simple visual tool for me to grasp the game without getting discouraged from the sheer variety. I am not a hardcore player, so I need Dabbler to exist. A couple of people said they found it useful, so it's still shared. Maybe it will be more useful when the deck builder is up in a few weeks.

Great Job!!! Nice that you sticky and combine your work with OCTG2 so we can improve also online gaming experience.

Yeah, nice work merc! (This link has been in my signature for awhile now.)

Thanks for the support :)

Gualdo, thanks for the OCTG2 plugins. They helped immensely.

Any news about Tzummain?
