I don't tend to pay much attention to actors and their voices, so having Cameron whatever doesn't really matter to me. I wonder how anyone could enjoy Episode VII when Solo was obviously Indiana Jones (or was he Jack Ryan)?

For me, it’s only an issue if my primary exposure to a performer is through a role (or roles) that I’ve had a particularly negative reaction to. And even then, they still have the potential to pleasantly surprise me. It’s just a higher hurdle to clear.

(Took years for me to really enjoy Ted Danson in anything because I just couldn’t stand Cheers . On the other hand, I still see Bren Derlin in ESB and think, “Oh, joy...it’s John f**kin’ Ratzenberger.” 🤣 )
