Does gaining two ion tokens from 4-LOM(Crew) trigger static discharge vanes?

i'm going to say yes, even though there is still a lack of clarifications on the details of gaining more than one token from the same effect.

remember once per opportunity, though. you can only make the other ship gain one of your ion tokens. not both.
