Quick Builds??

No way!! I got into this game to list build. Choice I say!! But sometimes, you just get a pilot locked into the meta-warping sweet spot, an he's unlikely to change for a couple of waves.

Introducing: Quintessential Builds!!!!

One card, upgrades and all,

So I can quickly fly them!

That's right!! An entire flight as a single, easy to garb card!!

P.S.: I had no idea Flight Stands were going to be a thing as I worked on this today. OMG, now it's a better idea than ever!!

I feel like today is just all around a win for you. Republic is getting a bomber, Epic is getting all the things...Hurray!

You mean the new template? Looks to be about a 5 straight in length with notches for base nubs along both long edges, 3 small bases worth on both edges (6 bases total) and a grey knob in the middle. Might be in the rules to allow up to 6 small bases in a flight, might not though.

I’m glad you’re enjoying the quick build cards! As a little teaser, I’m working on a few more items including fully custom homebrew quick build cards (check out @Phelan Boots ‘ post here ) and... squad cards!

Squad cards will be roughly 8x10 sheets with 4ish pilots on a single card. I’ve been testing them out lately with my recent favorite list (4x Trade Fed Drones, 4x Sep Drones, all with ESC) and am pretty happy with them. I’m curious if there are any added mechanics planned for the Flight Stands that would change the card info... anyway, between the surge in swarms lately and now the return of Epic, this seems like good timing!

I also plan to jump all over Epic when it comes out and do my best to make print-and-play options for Epic. My buddies and I have only managed a couple Epic matches because of the huge time commitment and I’m hoping the 2.0 Epic is more streamlined...
