How many rerolls is a ship allowed. For example, Attacking or defending, Braylen Stramm is allowed to reroll up to two dice if he is stressed. If Elusive is added, allowing one power token to be spent for a defender to reroll one defense die. Can Braylen use his ability and Elusive on the same turn?

You can only reroll a dice once; therefore if Braylen were defending at range three over an obstacle and were stressed, he could reroll all three dice. Two from his ability, one from spending the Elusive charge.
