The Price of Progress. **Spoilers**

By bern1106, in Arkham Horror: The Card Game

Spoilers*******Two player solo.

I've just run into a situation in the above. I may have missed something...buuut..in the Price of Progress 3.

If Josef Meiger is in the victory display, proceed to 4.....he wasn't.

If Josef Meiger is beneath the entry hall proceed to 5... he wasn't

Why? I only had 5 clues thus he didn't spawn. Needed 6 as a group.

I did not draw a Silver Twilight Enemy during the whole scenario, I checked, they were there, just not drawn.

Thus

If neither of the above is true AND the number of STE in the victory display equal to or greater than in the entry hall... no STE in the victory display, nor under the entry hall...proceed to 4...I couldn't.

If none of the above are true AND there are more STE enemies beneath the entry hall than in the victory display....again none and none..proceed to 6.

What do I do?

I suspect the final "AND" should be an "AND/OR". It would make sense, thoughts?

Capitals for emphasis are mine in both cases.

Your situation falls under the 3rd case, because it covers the case where as many ST enemies are in the victory display as under the Entry Hall (it says "equal to or greater than").

Indeed, my English has been taking hits for over 30 years living in France.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, I had to replay it as I made a silly mistake that gave a slight advantage to the investigators.....and decided upon another path that presented itself.

Out of curiosity, where in France?

Toulouse.

I know a few players there, though I'm in Paris.

Well, you know one more now. :). I worked in Paris for 15 years up until 2004, just off Place de la Concorde. Lived just outside in Asnieres.
