Nice gladiator article, but no love for Ruthless Strategists? That's a hard call vs ordnance experts on a flak focused Gladiator 2.

I think Captain Jonus deserves a mention with the GSD II and his ability to change the red dice to an accuracy, sure its got a lot of moving parts, but I think its no more gimmicky then the seventh fleet title.

Yeah, sorry Biggsy, I'm gonna defer to Kristjan's experience on this one. Those Canadians have shown RS+Kallus Demos to be quite potent, especially in a squad heavy meta.

Ruthless always looks good but requires that you:

1: Have squadrons.

2: Have those squadrons engaged with all the other squadrons you want to hit.

3: Be willing to take a hull damage per damage dealt.

4: Give up an oppertunity cost of .25 average damage PER black dice rolled on anti-ship.

While Flechettes / Ordnance / Kallus works 43% of the time, every time.
