Just checked today and both the Landspeeder and Tank are on the boat now in the upcoming page. However, the page has become infamous of late so I am pretty sure they are along farther than that. I am betting they will change status again on Thursday or Friday to shipping.

Both heavies are in america. They were sold at adepticon.
Also the Wednesday closest to the 20-25th is when everything has been released so far. It should be an assumption not a prediction at this point.

Models often get flown in to sell special at conventions. Models at a con do not always equal models in the warehouse.

As you noted though, that weekend in April makes sense as it has pretty much become the "schedule"
