I wanted some extra large beef to fly. I was inspired by Nathan Eide's list with Han, Norra(arc), and Jake. The thought is that shooting the K wing takes time and it is cheap. Norra and Lando will take a long time to chew through and can do a lot of damage back in the meantime.

The thing is, the warden is pretty easily ignored, and norra at long range is just a B-wing with a hull upgrade. Lando helps with firepower but he's the only major threat, and doing greens makes him predictable.

The K wing can be a blocker and if Norra gets range 1 and Lando is range 3, you would want to shoot Norra.

I wouldn't though, as the range one bonus is at best neutralized (if I roll a hit that's later cancelled) or at worst detrimental (if the extra die rolls blank, allowing the evade to cancel my other results). Even at range three I have a better chance of hitting lando than norra.

What about Norra in the end game? Not fun to fight.

If you want to run this, its fine, just shove Lando in the back of your formation or have him do hit and runs. Make your opponent choose to strike the K wing and Arc by bringing them in close and having Lando play some arc dogdey stuff. I saw a match the other day where lando swings in, takes a range 3 shot from behind an obstacle (trick shot) and then he pulls away with both supporting ships turning in towards him. You can even put a rigged cargo chute on him to keep ships off your *** and to produce a trick shot.
