Starfall

How does Starfalls ability work exactly? Response: After you win a challenge in which a House Dayne character participated, place 1 gold token from the treasury on that character.

So if I win challenge where there is 10 House dayne characters do I get a "gold" on each one of them or just on one. And how would a cancel work? Does one cancel prohibits to put "gold" on all of them or just one?

You can put 1 gold token on one character. A cancel would just forbid that.

That is what tricked me...it does not say on ONE character it says put 1 gold on the Hause Dayne character that has just won a challenge, but what if there were more House Dayne characters in the challenge.

It's the "one Response per trigger" rule.

Say you attack with 10 House Dayne characters and win the challenge. The trigger here is "after you win a challenge in which a House Dayne character participated," right? So you trigger it for your first House Dayne character and put the gold token on "that" (singular) character. Now, you have 9 House Dayne characters left, right? But when you go to trigger the Response for character #2, it is the same challenge - even though it is a different House Dayne character. You have already Responded to this challenge/trigger, so you cannot use this Response again. For this to be a different trigger for this same Response, you need a new challenge, not just a new character.

So, you end up getting 1 gold on 1 House Dayne characters, no matter how many House Dayne characters were in the challenge. You do get to pick the character, though.

Do the 2 gold in Starfall Advisor give him STR too? I guess yes, but want to be sure :) (assuming Starfall in play)

Yep.

If that's the case then would you also be able to discard more than just the 2 coins from the advisor to cancel events and character abilities?

If you can find other ways to get gold tokens on him, then yes. You can use his ability with more than the 2 tokens he gets when he comes into play.
