Couldn't find this anywhere else so I figured I'd ask. Can Luke Skywalker- reluctant instructor use circle shelter and resolve the die like damage, or would it have to be resolved as a shield?

Edit: I just found the latest RRG which totally answers this specifically, I had the old one downloaded.
