This feels like one of those rare situations where a little used talent and an odd ball pilot skill (narf narf narf) mesh surprisingly well for a powerful offensive and defensive action economy. The bonus is that you want to move and shoot first so as to have perfect knowledge of your opponent's I5 and I6 units location to easily line up the bullseye since repositioning isn't much of an option on the ARC.
