Speculation about new generic upgrades

Linked Targeting Array

The most interesting one for me. It seems to come with the droids. It may be something connected to the new surge tokens or a toned version of the Fire Support-ability of the clones.

If any friendly unit is attacking, one other unit with Fire Support and a faceup order token can flip the order token to contribute one weapon per miniature to the attackpool.

If the upgrade would give the same ability it might be a bit strong. Han Solo with 2 T-47 Airspeeders in his back and Gunslinger would almost erase 2 Stormtrooper Squads or 2 ATRTs per activation.

Thats why I think the benefit would propably be restricted somehow and exhaustable. Maybe it is only possible to support other units with the same upgrade or just droids/vehicles with the upgrade.

Either way, T-47, 74-Z and ATRTs would get a significant boost if the Targeting Array is not too expensive.

For the bikes and the speeder it would not only give a damage buff and a lot of utility, but also provide a way to avoid the compulsory move.

Force Guidance

Maybe an exaustable to somehow buff another unit with an aim token, dodge token and/or surge token?

Aggressive Tactics

Hard to guess... maybe something to manipulate the initiative like Krennics Cunning ability?

I still don't know what these smoke grenades everyone is losing it over are about. I get all my news by watching Al-Jezeera with the sound turned off while playing NPR in Spanish. So I never have no idea what the h*** is going on.

What does smoke do?

Well, from the PV we know Smoke Grenades is an action and a token. I would assume maybe they limit visibility or counts as cover within a certain range of the token, then go away? The text doesn't seem long enough for a full description so we probably need an RRG update.

Wrong thread, sorry.

I'm thinking Force Guidance might be a free action to gain a surge token. Right now, that wouldn't do much for our resident force users, Luke would get to have defensive surge from it when he isn't using a dodge token, Palp won't need it at all, and Vader likely has the most to gain from a surge token.
