Squadron Help!

I'm in a hard place with Rebel squads, I find it hard to to really field them against Imps and be useful, especially against Pryce/Quaser 5-6 activation, Tie Ace balls. Even Mauler (the splash damage dude) with the Officer which allows him to move while engaged and keep splashing...

TL:DR I find it hard to find any good Rebel squads that work well in synergy like the Imps

What're everyones favourite or most used squad balls for Rebels at Maximum Squad points, and also at around 80 points.

I would be grateful for any and all feedback

This. Biggs, Jan, and 3 X-wings is 75 points. For 134, Biggs, Wedge, 2 Xs, Norra, Gold, Dutch. Or you could add speed buffs and use Ten Numb. The important part: when fighting Sloane, use the station. Place it if possible, make sure the fight happens there on your terms. Your opponent will often feel a vague obligation to get fighter superiority; that’s probably a mistake. Sit those X-wings on the station, and move the damage around after Jan bracing it. Then take obstructed shots if you have them, but most importantly, move your obstructed X-wings around to heal damage moved onto them. If he ignores you, it’s sometimes worth pouncing on Dengar to lock them down, or Maarek to turn the ship battle in your favor.
