I am very new to Armada, am wondering about the lack of some ships and fighter packs, are they coming again soon? Do we know?

Quasars and Arquitens were restocked separately over Q4 last year. Squadron 1s for both factions this year. FFG shows all but 4 expansions in stock and from what I have heard their preference for item fulfillment is storefront>internet only store>FFG site. If your local store(s) do not or cannot get them or you do not have one try Miniature Market, CoolStuff, Atomic Empire, or GameNerdz. Also, FFG has an upcoming page that shows progress of all reprints for all their games. Welcome to the game and community.

Welcome. I think fighter I packs are available now. Just don't let places charge you $30+ like Amazon.

Even FFG's own webstore has Squad I packs in stock now.

Only Imp II packs are out, as are both ISDs.

Edit: And MC75
