If I use Ashoka hability yo perform an action, can I do a free ( not consuming another force token)evade action because I alredy use a force token?

No

In a more detailed way, you can only trigger one ability with one thing.

For example, if you have an ability that says spend a focus to do something specific, it doesn't also give you the normal dice mod from spending a focus.

Some abilities are worded in a way that DOES work for multiple things triggering off of one token spend. But this isn't one of them.
