I was thinking it was bigger then that. I did a little bit of size comparison using the Lambda Wings on the side and I came up with a length of about 75 meters, but animated shows are often pretty liberal when it comes to scale and there may not be a very solidly defined size for the ship.

For its size, this ship is an absolute monster. According to Legends, it has:

-8 laser cannons turrets

-2 quad laser cannon turrets

-3 turbolaser cannons

-2 proton torpedo launchers

That's a lot of dakka crammed into 41.8 meters

The front grey section on top is the AT-AT part. The rest of the ship is built on around it.

That would make it a Large base. Canon it is 63.8 meters.

Ah, I see. the cannon Gozanti is 63.8. Krayt's Honor only has legends details, and the Gozanti was 41.8 in legends, got beefed up for cannon I guess. Probably to fit the 4 TIE fighters to the bottom.
