Yeah this is a pretty strong tease for an Adepticon announcement. I have a feeling we'll also get an Imperial corps and support announcement at the same time to fill in the last release slot before Clone Wars

The wait is over. Now I won't die!

My distributor teased that Legion players will have a lot of reading material tomorrow

I hope the clones are the commanders and the Jedi are the operatives.

Nah, the Jedi were generals, even Ahsoka outranked Rex - albeit in a butterbar fashion.

Might see the padawans as operatives though.

Yes, and each model will have 5 health and attack with 6 black dice with pierce 2.

I not interested in republic at all I get the leaders but I want keep with the good guys rebels and Trade federation

Neither side in the Clone Wars is really the "Good Guys." Both sides were controlled by the Sith, and both sides were at times morally ambiguous.

I mean those Jedi did try to assassinate the rightful chancellor........

Ahsoka may have technically outranked Rex but in the context of the show, we don't see her as a military commander, while Rex is virtually always leading troops. I think we'll see some Jedi (like Obi-Wan and Anakin) as expensive Commanders (Luke, Vader, Palpatine range) and clones (like Rex and Cody) as cheap Commanders (Leia, Veers). Ahsoka makes a better Operative (with Padme likely to be another Operative choice).

I actually heard that they not only tried to assassinate the rightful chancellor, but that they tried to kill the entire senate as well!

Ahsoka does lead at least a fighter wing at one point. Granted I haven't seen all of the series yet.

I could definitely see Ahsoka, Assaj Ventress, Barriss Offee etc as operatives with Rex, Cody as commanders. Not saying there won't be any clone commanders.

However Anakin, Obi-Wan, Mace Windu, Yoda and the other full knights pretty much have to be commanders as well.

I'm hoping Jedi characters will come with both commander and operative cards.

Also, I hope Sidious is a dual faction commander.

I suspect Sidious will just be a different type of leader as far as the game goes and what he is strong/weak for. Hopefully, with the continuous improvement of models each release, the sidous model will make a much better emperor model as well.
