Millenium Falcon equipped with Veteran Turret Gunner. Can it fire out of the front facing turret and then the rear? Or do they count as the same turret?

They're considered to be different mobile arc; it works.

Ok, along this theme, for a resistance bomber kappehl coupled with veteran turret Gunner and page tico, would you be able to fire in let's say the fwd arc with one half of the turret, then swivel it and attack with the other end of the turret now in the forward arc?

No, because when you rotate, you have to choose arcs you didn't have before the rotation.

You can however fire out of the V primary, rotate to the front, and fire again.

To back up what @thespaceinvader said, the Rules Reference (1.0.2) on p16 says this:

• If a ship rotates a double turret arc indicator, it must select the other two standard arcs it was not already selecting.
