Grappling Struts - Can u shoot while on an asteroid? It doesn't say I can but I really want to. Is it legal or can u only shoot while on debris?

Funny enough, this doesnt specifically spell out if you are at range 0 of the obstacle, so FFG may come back and say "no" out of spite. With the janked up Paige Tico ruling, anything is possible.
