I threw Lando and AP-5 in there for Coordinate shenanigans so that she can actually get enough actions to regen, but I mean. Come on. Max-regen Norra is the point here.

If I play this and stick with Lando I’d likely do that, but with Engine Upgrade as opposed to the Title. That’s my usual Lando build.
