The numbers maybe confusing to some, I see now you count the number of different cards but people usually count the total of the particular type. Nice decks. I think the Vilya deck could take more allies, and Fair and Perilous for Glorfindel. Then surely Tale of Tinuviel to work with Aragorn accross the table. And that deck can have one copy as well, especially with Cardolan and Arwen.

At the first glance I would cut Magic Ring, one Greeting, at least one Brand, one Pipe, Map, two Hunters, Ring of Barahir and Cloak of Lorien. I would like to see one more Bilbo and two Northern Trackers (with two Outriders maybe; with Vilya the cost matters little and Trackers can still be much better sometimes though the Outriders are excellent even outside Dale).

Yeah, I like it. Give it a go and see how they play, and especially if you perhaps won’t want even more of the bigger guys, you know like Erestor who even fits nicely the theme. I believe you now run 21 allies and people usually go for a few more in a Vilya deck but why not, you shall see. And you play this double handed which makes it different, too, especially when you have allies like Arwen in the other deck and the other deck also does quite a bit of fighting. PS. One thing you should really try is Word of Command. I find that quite an essential card in a Gandalf deck, three times. Perhaps instead of Will of the West. And if you also put in Saruman, you can combo it with him (and Flame of Anor, which is great).
