Can I use my ARC model and dial from my rebel faction alongside the new ARC for the Republic faction?
I want to run at least 2 ARCs when they come out but don’t know if I need to buy two new ones. I’m going to buy at least one to get the new cards.

As long as the ship name is identical (as is the case for the ARC), the model and dial are transferrable between factions. The base plates and pilot cards are not.
You might hit a bit of a gray area in premier events as one is named ARC-170 and the other ARC-170 Starfighter, but as long as the dial itself is the same, you should be fine in casual mode.

Where are you seeing different names? Looks like they're both "ARC-170 Starfighter" to me, but there might be something I haven't seen.
