i have one question for the map Lothal Wastes Part B (Blitz) and Card for Scum Devious Scheme.

on a blitz map, do you see the figures deploy one by one, could this change if the other has deviuos? For example, wait for the other to deploy all?

In case of conflict, mission rules comes before player with initiative then player without initiative. So Blitz order of deployment are the most valuable here. Then your opponent has initiative because of devious, so he goes first, then you follow Blitz rules second.

I might be wrong on saying this is resolved as per conflict ruling, but there's no way you can override mission rules with one of your cards

Yep, mission rules override card abilities if they conflict (its under the Golden Rules), so I would say the special deployment for Blitz trumps the blurb on DS about the opponent deploying first. They’ll still make the first deployment since they have initiative.
