I'm very new to the game since i just recently picked up my AGoT starter set but perhaps someone can explain something to me. For the card Stinking Drunk, for example, is the negative strength effect something you impose on an opponents character or is it an attachment to one of your own? This is probably an utterly silly question but some of the wording on the cards can be a tad confusing. Besides, I'm not sure why you would ever want to give one of your own characters a penalty to their strength.

Yeah, generally you play stinking drunk on your opponents character.
