The sets are up on CSI
YOU WANT SPOILERS??!!!
they have been since yesterday XD I was waiting for someone to say somthing but no one did
anyone see monster Lariat? that plus dark force mirage body? Ewww
Tee hee, Elena only has two resources... *thinks up shenanigans*
Charismatic is one of the scariest cards in the set IMO. good thing it's only a rae
...But boo on it having order
OMG, Gaira... doesn't suck!
He actually pretty much SCREWS Talbain to no end.
Gaira and most of his support is awesome. Especially will for this fight. AMAZING anti discard effect =D
OMG Kim's cards are sexy for Good. The National Tae Kwon Do Treasure is hot.
Wish we could edit our posts so I didn't have to double post (didn't notice you couldn't).

I cannot, I just CANNOT not play this card.
I mean, COME ON!
You got squirrelrolled by CSI.
From the link, I assume you mean The One Man Army. It IS pretty sexy.

I wouldn't either. For starters, the card doesn't have stats, and only shows a squirrel.

Meant Trolling.
For the art and name.
Link is fixed.
anyone else think billiards player has the most ironic effect ever?
can someone post a link for me please??
(random thoughts)
Well, about 80-90% of the cards are playable... (albeit some only for their intended charcater) Close enough for me.
Looks like the UR ratio is not yet fixed, but thankfully there aren't any Feline Spikes, yet at the same time only a few really weak ones. Should make for a good trade market.
No blatantly overpowered cards in general, which may be a first for a UFS release.
Foundations are a lot more fragile now, which is probably a good thing. As are assets.
I feel cheated about the re-use of Nakoruru's character art. Not that it's bad art, but it's always nice to see something new. Card itself is certainly good though, could be the best "play Reversals" character printed to date. (Though shouldn't Annu Mutsube be low? I'm so confused...)
3/3 attacks got a much-needed upgrade.
Attack types (Punch, Kick, Ranged, Throw, Weapon) definitely seem to matter again.
There seem to be enough new ways to help counteract OHKs that perhaps they can *** R*******n now.
Billiards Player is indeed ironic. Also very good, but presumably fair as a 3/5 non-block. (if barely so)
Elena makes Xenomic proud.
I feel bad for poor Karin -.-'

Seriously that effect is hilarious
I agree with most of what you said. It's a lot harder to find non-useful cards than useful ones. Hakkei is a beautiful common for reversal decks, and also an anti-control piece. I also like the signature attacks being usable by many, but only well by some. Chun-Li's reversal is sexy. But away from Chun-Li for a second.
Shadaloo Crime Syndicate is what Addes should've been. Not a way to stop entire decktypes, but instead a defense against abuse. Charismatic is a Unique Lost Memories without Void (Order takes its place), and a split side where you pop one of your foundations to pop two in return. This is what Unique cards should do: be useful when its out and when you draw multiples.
Sonic Boom EXTRA brings a good surprise: a Sonic Boom that doesn't absolutely suck. Its restriction may seem limited but any card that restricts which cards may block it is a good thing. And being a 4/3 3M4 Powerful:2 with a +2M is nice too.
But enough about URs. Commons and uncommons in this set are just... pretty! And **** useful as well. T Hawk's Crouching Roundhouse, TRAVEL ABROAD (holy crap, effect), Wingless Aeroplane, Mind Over Matter (sexiest Dhalsim card ever given to aggro decks), Deceptive Quickness, Dhalsim's Crouching Roundhouse (sexy enough for its stats, plus a pseudo-Absurd for speed), Hakkei (<3), CALM AND CENTERED, Huge Wrestling Army, Power of the Light, and that's just Street Fighter commons mostly.
A Beautiful Nightmare, American Made (blocking is the new "i take it"), Double Cyclone Punch, IKARI WARRIOR, Kazama Ninja Arts (comeone up there wants us to block), Moon Glow, Rera Kishi Matek, Swooper Kick... you DO know I'm almost writing every card because, like I said, it's hard to find a useless card.
New tech in the form of Alex. Many would say that he doesn't need it, that the promo is good enough. Well, to be honest, I'd definitely give this face down card thing a try. After all, Dedication will help you block (and then play a Reversal if you want to pop it) no matter how many face down cards there are in your card pool.
New tokens from T. Hawk. He gathers tokens which he can use for many things. His character will get tokens, and so will Reclamation (mind you, Reclamation has another very COOL ability, +2 damage for a commit, in case you don't use it in T. Hawk). You can use Take Responsibility by removing tokens as a cost to reduce the damage of an attack by the tokens removed, with no minimum. His enhance will increase the damage on his attacks by the number of tokens on him. I think I can safely say he's playable.
Just when I thought that I was going to quit. These cards help bring me back again. Thank you so much fantasy flight, and James
I love Trolling. I need 4 NOW!
Seriously why has no one mentioned Will For the fight yet ? Ways of Punishment cries when it sees this card out.
Like everyone has said it is very hard to find bad cards in either sets.
Oh and 3 Checks throws are back =D
Aquakinesis is a 1/5 Beefy and shares 2 symbols with The Bigger They are...
Distractable is a great answer to all the damage reducing cards
SO MANY GOOD CARDS =O
Any vitality gain hate?
hmm... unless you count Basara's second ability, pretty much no. However, there is a good deal more foundation destruction, so it's a bit easier to just blow up those Battle Prowesses.
Way too many cards to comment on.
Basara is reminiscent of some things that I was trying to do with my team's asset, but I gave up on those effects. I like Basara's whole vitality burn concept, especially the foundation Living Shadow usually burning 3 vitality on every use at the cost of discarding a card. 4 Living Shadow in the Staging Area is proper punishment... I especially like how it can be played on either player's turn.
I'm also a fan of Clean Freak because it presents enormous potential in drawn out games or against control decks, but it also easily spanks aggro decks if you play your cards right. I like how Clean Freak totally earns its 3 check in a control deck.
Given the assortment of cards that I've checked thus far, I can't really find any extremely underwhelming cards, which is definitely a positive attribute. However, few cards come out and grab my attention, so I'm left wondering how useful they'll be and what impact they'll have on future gameplay.
My big curiosity is how well these new cards will mesh with Block 3's current line-up.
T hawks attacks are mostly rubbish I'd say. Alex's stuff is questionable. Other stuff is meh here and there, but mostly looks good. Looking forward to it!

You trade 2 of yours for 1 of your opponent's, we don't need Spinta 2.0 with a 4cc, no "give you momentum for spike" worries, AND an awesome foundation side thank you
I'm sure someone has ninja'd me by now, ah well.
Very playable set, I like. I'm such a hypocrite, a week ago I was saying "it's nice not having spoilers, makes the prerelease more exciting!"
Father Bull makes me VERY VERY GLAD Naks** rotated, even if Naks-3 is pretty scary too. Scary in her effects and in most of her artwork.
Also I want this to be my profile picture: s5.photobucket.com/albums/y171/shinyperson/WRD021.jpg
Billiard Player looks like the best card in the set for me. A reversed Olcadan, that also allows to fight it. The fact the new card enters the staging area committed makes it balanced though.
Nature's Force second ability (anti-asset one) almost looks like a patch introduced by James Hata, like the anti-discard foundation Will for the Fight.
Overall I'm a bit disappointed on the set, and there are a lot of terrible artworks.
