Yes.

Personally, I'd probably rather have Crack Shot (Focus/Boost into R1 for a Crack is potent). I figure the situation where I fail a barrel roll or first-action boost (if you red boost off a different action, you'll get the stress and can't take a focus action with Composure) is probably more rare than the situation where I get a bullseye.
