i know that the rules posted may not be complete and that the game has just been released, but i have a question.

Is the defend order counted in the 4 order per planning phase limit?

well that's what i thought too, but it's said in the rules that they function diferently from the other orders..and it wouldn't necessarily be a no-brainer because you would get a free mobilize each turn besides the other four normal orders

Its different from the other orders in the regard that you execute it immediately, not waiting untill the execution phase.

And of course it counts as a normal Order. I mean, why would they call it the "Defend Order ", when it doesnt count to the 4 orders you may place.
