I have 2 questions :

(1)Winners of any game can get a rare card or the card is not sold it?

(2) the changeling and teclis the two cards will be issued later? (Mentioned in Before the NEWS " The Champions of Order and Destruction ")

Really I don't understand your question 1.

For question 2 Teclis or the Changeling are cards that will be printed after the result of the storyline, The Changeling will be printed if the storyline is won by destruction, Teclis will be printed if the order win the storyline.

(That was writen in the new by the way).
