If a ship has an advanced sensor, can it do a linked action before it moves
For example, can a StarVipe,r equiped with advanced sensor, do a red focus action after it rolls or barrel rolls before it moves ?

No. The limitation on AS prevents it.

the card states you may perform 1 action after you reveal your dial. if you do, you cannot perform another action during your activation. this means advanced sensors can only be used after you've revealed your dial, but before you've performed your maneuver. if you use it, it also means you cannot perform more than one action in total during you activation.

please note that there is nothing stopping you from performing actions outside of your activation just because you're using advanced sensors. you could for example be coordinated an action during another ships activation, you could use lieutenant tavsons pilot ability later on during the same round etc.
